Ingredients :
* 250 gr white clean wash tofu, diced 1 cm
* 5 chicken eggs
* 1 tbsp plain flour

* 3 stems of leaves of leek, sliced 1 cm
* 150 grams of bean sprouts, clean, hot water until wilted
* 150 gr cucumber, coarsely chopped
Chili sauce :
* 1 tbsp cooking oil
* 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
* 5 chilies, finely sliced
* 1 tsp salt
* 2 tbsp shrimp paste
* 10 tbsp sweet soy sauce
How to make :
1. Prepare a container, not chicken egg and shake off. Stir in flour already reconstituted with water, salt garlic and tofu slices. Mix. Divide the dough into 5 portions.
2. Heat wok anti sticky, lightly grease with oil. Pour one part of dough egg tofu, cook over low heat until mixture is cooked on one side. Turning the dough and cook again until the dough is cooked evenly. Foster set aside. Do continue until the dough runs out.
3. The sauce :
Heat the oil in a frying pan, saute the garlic and cayenne pepper until 1/2 ripe. Lift, puree. Prepare a small bowl, combine chilies, garlic, salt, paste and soy sauce. Mix well.
4. Serve tofu, egg along with bean sprouts, cucumber, chili paste and a sprinkling of chive leaves.
