One culture is so rich and famous in their respective areas i.e. culinary specialties.We know each region also have traditional specialties and has a characteristic that is so different in each respective area,and it tastes so delicious  makes us want to continue to trust him. But you don't have to worry for the lovers of cuisine,with recipes and tells how to make it.

This time it was me as a chef who liked traditional specialties will introduce one food that is so typical in every region country.This food is very popular among the public,be it among adults,teenagers,and children.

Recipes- Tasty Sauce Tempe


I'II paint one food recipes and how to making it,so lovers of traditional specialties could make him at home in order to be in the sample by you family.Typical food Nusantara Tempe Soy Sauce.

Delicious Soy Sauce Fried Tempe

Ingredients :
* Tempe 300 g (diced,fried)
* 4 grains of red onion (thinly sliced)
* 2 garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
* big red chilies 4 pieces (sliced gone askew,seeded)
* 1 tomato
* 2 cm galangal
* 1/2 tsp salt

EBI 2 tsp (soak hot springs)
* 1 tsp tamarind water
* 2 tsp brown sugar    
* sweet soy sauce 1 btsp
* oil for sauteing

How To Make It
Heat the cooking oil,saute garlic,shallots,galangal,and bay leaves until fragrant.Add tamarind juice,dried shrimps,sweet soy sauce and brown sugar.Stir until blended.
Enter fried Tempe and then add the tomatoes,red pepper and salt.Cook fried Tempe to soak the seasoning. Add the leeks,stir briefly,and serve.

Typical food Nusantara Tempe soy sauce is ready to serve for one's family with you. And good tasting.
