Kampium porridge recipes
Ingredients :
Salak seeds ingredients
* 200 g of sweet red,steamed,and puree
* 70 g flour sago
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
* 125 g brown sugar,comb smooth
* 500 ml water
* 2 pieces of pandan leaves
* 1 tablespoon of sago,dissolve 1 tablespoon water
* 50 gram of fruit is jack fruit,cute like a small box
Ingredients gruel :
* 150 g rice flour
* 50 grams of flour sago
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 4 tablespoon granulated sugar (depending on you)
* 500 ml coconut milk, 1 from coconut grain
* 50 ml water suji, from 30 leaves suji and 3 pieces of pandan
* 2 pieces of pandan leaves
* 25 g sago pearl red
Black sticky rice ingredients :
* 100 g of black sticky rice
* 750 ml water
* 1/8 teaspoon salt
* 75 g caster sugar
Supplementary materials :
* 15 banana kepok,steamed,and cut obliquely
* 50 grams kolang kaling red,long cut
* 50 grams kolang kaling green colour ,long cut
Gravy /sauce ingredients
* 1.500 coconut milk from the coconut grain 1/2
* 300 grams brown sugar comb
* 3 pieces
* 3/4 teaspoon salt
How to make pureed kampium
salak,boiled beans for with the water and sugar until dissolved. After that strain,and add the pandan leaves. Then cook while stirring until aromatic,then set aside.
Toss together sweet,sago flour salt,sugar,coconut milk,pandan leaves,suji leaves, and green coloring. Stir until it explodes-letup. After that prepare a mold sponge sakura already dioles oil. Let sago pearls.Pour batter porridge.After that allow it to harden . Remove from the mold. Set aside.
Sauce,cooked in coconut milk,brown sugar,pandan leaves,and salt while stirring until boiling and sugar until dissolved. After that strain,and cook again until thickened. Upon attainment of it serve the porridge along salak black sticky rice,beans,bananas,and sauce.
